Combining the company's infrastructure with the expertise of our entire technical team Lunartex can produce elastic trims and passementerie lines for several applications.

Our production process consists of 4 stages:
1. Preparing raw materials through elastane and rubber coatings, as well as warping processes.
2. Weaving - Preparing the cloth We have also developed an artisanal production technique - Crochet. At this stage we also have the so-called Jacquard development, which consists of developing complex interlacing patterns in weaving. Among the various advantages of this kind of product, Jacquard stands out mainly for the possibility of creating designs, produced with the same yarn. This interlacing also ensures greater durability, making the product more complex and robust.
3. Finishes - The third stage consists of dyeing, which allows the development of any color selected by the customer. Lunartex develops heat setting, a rather important process that ensures the product's dimensional stability. Other services offered by Lunartex include silicone or ferrules applications. We offer the most varied and complex printing techniques: digital, flexographic, silkscreen and rotative. In order to improve the quality of our products Lunartex has ultrasound cutting machines, thus enabling clean and precise cuts.
4. Packaging - The final stage in the production process, until the end product is delivered to the customer.
